MY STORY STARTED WITH A WORLD OF DOUBT
I knew deep down that I needed to make a difference, but I didn’t start my career that way.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve always wanted to do big things.
But I was not sure where and how to start, so I decided to gather experience and get business knowledge in an amazing Start-up in London.
Soon enough, I realised that wasn’t enough for me. Even though I loved the people I worked with, I was frustrated with not doing enough, and that frustration started to affect different areas of my life. If you’re here, I’m guessing you’ve felt something similar.
Eventually, my best friend decided she’d had enough of me complaining and being indecisive and told me to finally walk my talk, and quit my job.
“It’s time, Natacha. You’ve been complaining for so long, but your time is now,” she told me.
So I quit. And had zero idea where to start. Still, I knew I always had an intuitive flair for seeing the light in people, and supporting them even when others had given up, so I started there. I came across NLP. I learned about coaching as a profession. I got certified, and I began to coach dozens of clients across the world.
That was where it all started, and I haven’t looked back since.
